Selection Procedure

Selection is done based on the nature of deployment. Due emphasis is paid on mixing the Right blend of experienced and fresh manpower.

Quality of Manpower
Education Standard : To ensure Quality in our guarding services, we have prescribed minimum education as 10th pass.
Physical Standard : We recruit guards between the age of 20 to 40 years who have a minimum height of 5'7” and weight of 62 Kgs.
Verification : Police verification of character & antecedents is undertaken to ensure that right persons are enrolled.

Ex Services
Our panel of officers comprises of personnel who have experience of serving in the Defence Services or Para-military forces or experience in Security Services.

Trainning Programmes
The Security personnel after being enrolled as per above-mentioned procedure are put through intensive training capsules of 10 days followed by a strict watch & check.

Supervision
Physical Supervision is handled by the Ex Servicemen or experienced staff.
To be ahead on Competitors we use many value added procedures that become our USP.

We place check and counter check mechanism within the organization to ensure their employees are not playing foul with the customer. For which various instruments like Ground track GT which is based on RFID technology and Guard Sleeping on Duty Check (Guard Supervision) are used.
